Founded in 1958 as a textile retailer under the Sanaulla name, ZNSG has grown over six decades into one of Pakistan's most active multi-sector holding groups — with operations spanning cold-chain logistics, frozen food manufacturing, fashion retail, warehousing, and international food distribution.

It provides palletized storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution for FMCG and consumer-goods clients across Central and Northern Pakistan, supported by an Infor WMS technology backbone. ZNSG, besides being a shareholder in the company, also has complete operational control of all affairs of Ware-Ex.
